Is the free plan actually free? ▾
Yes. No credit card, no time limit. You can track sessions forever on the free plan. Pro features like history, stats, groups, and saved players require an upgrade.
What happens after the 15-day trial? ▾
Your account automatically goes back to the free plan. No charges. Your history and data is preserved — you just cannot access it until you upgrade again.
Can my friends see scores in real-time? ▾
Yes — if you are in the same Group. Everyone in the group can see live session scores as they are entered. No refreshing needed.
What payment methods are accepted? ▾
We accept GoPay, OVO, DANA, QRIS, and all major Indonesian bank transfers.
Is there an Android app? ▾
Yes — available on Google Play Store. iOS users can use the full web app at mahjongscoretracker.com. A native iOS app is coming soon.
How many players can be in a group? ▾
Pro groups support up to 13 players total — 10 free members plus unlimited Pro members. The host controls who is in the group.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
