By accessing or using Mahjong Score Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.
Mahjong Score Tracker is a web and Android application that allows users to track mahjong game scores in real-time, manage player rosters, view session history, and share results with friends. The Service is operated by YTB 1%, based in Indonesia.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.
Free plan: The free plan provides access to basic score tracking features with no time limit. Certain features are restricted to Pro subscribers.
Pro plan: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (Rp 30,000/month) or annually (Rp 315,000/year). All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial of Pro features. No payment information is required to start a trial.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (player names, scores, session data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your game data and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
When using Group features, you agree to treat other group members respectfully. Group hosts are responsible for managing their group members. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms from the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, YTB 1% is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
